Mixxx47 is in essence, an optimized midi map for mixxx which specifically targets small keyboards with no knobs or extra functionality.
Until the existence of Mixxx47, mixxx was not fully functional on small keyboards without a fair bit of meddling. Nobody is touting Mixxx47 as a life saving tool but I’m sure many will find it useful.
The layout is designed to provide the user with a logical and easy to learn out of the box experience with compact keyboards. However, if the user does not like the layout or want to mutate it to fit their controller more exactly they are ofcourse free to do so under GPLv3.
Any mutations of the map can be emailed to me and I would be happy to host them alongside the original here (due credit given obliviously). If you have a derivative please feel free to leave a comment and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
The installation is simple and explained in the readme.txt. I hope you enjoy it!
